- advising institutional investors and international developers on various real estate projects including acquisitions of major logistics, manufacturing and office assets in the Slovak Republic and development of commercial and residential property
- advising on syndicated loan financings and refinancings of acquisitions and major sophisticated development projects in Central Europe
- advising the world’s leading construction and engineering companies and investment companies on acquisition of shares and property (including acquisitions through auction sales) mostly in connection with the development projects in Slovakia
- advising Slovakia’s most prominent producers on various power purchase issues and other general corporate advice
- advising in connection with the entry of new investors into a complex cross-border investment structure investing in the area of real estate and energy
- advising an international private equity group on the reorganisation of its regulated investment funds’ structures throughout numerous jurisdictions in Europe and overseas
- advising a Swiss private equity fund on various downstream real estate investments in the CEE area
